Nick has over 10 years of property management experience, as well as over 10 years of construction experience. Nick has worked in residential and commercial property management, and is well connected with various trades. Nick prides himself on valuing the tenant-landlord relationship, and providing a great home for his tenants. Nick utilizes property management software that can pull reports and make tax season a breeze. Nick is also a licensed realtor and has passed his MHIC test and is awaiting licensure. He enjoys mentoring youth about investing and investment properties, and managing his own investment properties. 

Megan is the daughter of a military family, and learned the construction trade while working for the construction company her parents started after her father's military retirement. She worked for the family business while obtaining her Business Management undergrad, and law degree. Megan is a licensed attorney in Virginia, and works as a corporate attorney, specializing in contracts and governance. She thrives mixing business and the law to grow and protect businesses and assets. She's a jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from maintenance and leasing to bookkeeping and legal compliance. She is passionate about helping women obtain financial freedom through investing.
